If your travel dates are flexible, round-trip tickets on JetBlue from Dulles to Oakland can be had for less than $300.WHERE TO STAY:Opened in 2001, the Hotel Healdsburg (25 Matheson St., Healdsburg, 707-431-2800, http://www.hotelhealdsburg.com) is a high-end hotel with a spa and restaurant just off the Town Plaza in downtown Healdsburg. Rates range from $260 to $790 per night double. Just off Highway 101 and 1 1/2 miles from Healdsburg's Town Plaza, the Best Western Dry Creek Inn (198 Dry Creek Rd., Healdsburg, 707-433-0300) is a more affordable option for visitors to this tony Sonoma wine country town. Rates from $115. WHERE TO EAT: A warm and inviting spot, Ravenous (420 Center St., Healdsburg, 707-431-1302) turns out delicious California cuisine without a hint of pretentiousness. There is a small bar and just 15 or so tables, so call ahead for reservations. The sourdough breads are gold medal winners at Costeaux French Bakery (417 Healdsburg Ave., 888-355- 0217, http://www.costeaux.com), but you'll do yourself a disservice if you don't sample each and every one of their amazing pastries, cookies and croissants.
