Aloha from Hawaii

Aloha from Hawaii! Something we all dream of saying!  Hawaii is the 50th state of the USA, and situated nearly at the centre of the north Pacific Ocean, Hawaii marks the northeast corner of Polynesia. The natural beauty of the islands continues to be one of Hawaii’s greatest assets. Honolulu is the state’s capital, largest city, and cultural hub. Hawaiian and English are the official languages of Hawaii.

It’s no accident that the islands have been used for so many films and TV programmes and so it’s no surprise that so many people want to head to Hawaii to see it for themselves. It’s a tropical paradise, with volcanoes, stunning beaches, lush rainforests and not to mention the best Mai Tais.

The island of Oahu, the most populous and home to the state capital and largest city of Honolulu, is great for people who wish to experience the islands and still keep the conveniences of a large city. Rainforests and hiking trails are located just minutes from Waikiki Beach, one of the world’s best tourist destinations. In the winter, large waves on Oahu’s north shore turn the normally sleepy area into the surfing capital of the world. Be sure to recommend to clients that they head to the north coast and not spend all of their time on the more populated south coast! It’s a surfers mecca, and if surfing isn’t your thing, it’s fantastic to watch the experts ride the waves.

If you’re looking for adventure then Maui has to be on the must-visit islands. The second largest of the eight islands, it hosts beaches from a movie scene, lush rainforests, volcanoes, waterfalls, kayaking, snorkelling and much more. If you’re lucky enough, you may well get a view of migrating humpback whales during the winter months. Make sure you take the scenic route to Hana, considered one of the prettiest drives in the USA, it offers amazing views and the town itself is well worth a visit. If you have time and the inclination then a must-do activity in Maui is a Luau – generally on the beach with hula, music, food and performances. It will give you the perfect taste of Maui.

Wherever in Hawaii your customers choose to go, they can rest assured of a welcome like no other, and with Stuba’s choice of accommodation to choose from all over Hawaii, they will have a trip of a lifetime!
