Sir Stamford at Circular Quay’s The Dining Room is a destination in itself, located in the heart of Sydney, right beside the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Opera House, with chandeliers, high backed chairs and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Macquarie Street – a true oasis away from the rush of modern Sydney.

This new brunch selection is perfectly suited to allow guests enjoy the refined heritage atmosphere with a wide and varied menu.

Stamford’s Sunday brunch menu includes deli fresh platters with chartercurie, freshly baked artisanal breads and a selection of hot brunch favourites including a choice of a la carte menu items; and a sample from Stamford’s Signature Taste of Singapore menu.

It’s not Sunday brunch without a little indulgence – Stamford’s dedicated dessert buffet features a chocolate fountain and more to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Guests can choose to include a two-hour bottomless wine buffet including Sunday brunch staples Bellinis, Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

For guests looking for an excuse to stay longer – Sir Stamford at Circular Quay’s Highlander Whisky Bar opens from 11am offering a refined and relaxed atmosphere to while away their Sunday afternoon.
