Hawaiian Airlines reappoints PR TEAM in Australia and NZ
Hawaiian Airlines has reappointed THE PR TEAM as its public relations agency of record in Australia and New Zealand to support the airline’s corporate and commercial communications activity in both markets.
Alex Da Silva, Senior Manager External Communications, said Hawaiian views its worldwide PR Agencies as an integral extension of the airline.
“As our extended ‘ohana, PR agencies are carefully selected based on cultural fit, understanding of our brand and engagement in Hawaiian Airlines’ vision, their creativity, relationships and influence within their unique markets,” he said.
“As specialists in aviation and travel, THE PR TEAM have consistently delivered exceptional results in raising awareness of our unique brand of Hawaiian hospitality among consumers in Australia and New Zealand and we are delighted to reappoint them.”
THE PR TEAM Founder Heather Jeffery said she and her team were thrilled to represent Hawaiian Airlines.
Jeffery said “Hawaiian is simply unique among airlines – an outstanding success story due to visionary and disciplined leadership, incredible employee engagement and a world class product. It’s a joy to help tell Hawaiian Airlines’ story, and we are privileged to add our expertise.”
Now in its 90th year of continuous service, Hawaiian is Hawai‘i’s biggest and longest-serving airline. Hawaiian offers non-stop service to Hawai‘i from more U.S. gateway cities (12) than any other airline, along with service from Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, American Samoa and Tahiti. Hawaiian also provides approximately 160 jet flights daily between the Hawaiian Islands, with a total of more than 250 daily flights system-wide.
