Quest lays groundwork for two more properties in Perth

Quest Apartment Hotels has commenced construction on two greenfield developments in Perth, totalling $50m – Quest Innaloo at 222 Stirling Cross, Innaloo and Quest Midland at 3 The Crescent, Midland.

Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana was thrilled to announce the new developments this week, reaffirming the leading accommodation operator’s confidence in Western Australia.

“WA is experiencing a huge second wave of tourism, as the focus shifts away from the mining sector. As highlighted by Deloitte’s latest half-yearly Tourism and Hotel Market Outlook, surging tourist numbers are requiring all major centres to up their accommodation offering, with Perth at the forefront. We are confident in the prospects for Tourism WA in continuing to position Perth as a tourist destination, especially in the context of its proximity to the rest of the world, and in particular the Asian market,” Mr Sanjana said.

“The market has responded strongly to Quest’s accommodation offering, after suffering a significant lack of good quality accommodation supply with the majority of products on offer being very dated. Our brand new properties are significantly raising the bar for premium quality accommodation across the state.”

We are committed to building our presence in this state, proving our confidence in its future prosperity,” Mr Sanjana concluded.
